  • Where is my order?
    • Probably still on the way! Sometimes USPS and UPS will mark orders as delivered before they show up, check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email first, that will provide the most accurate information on your order.

  • How do I exchange/return something?
    • Head to our Returns page to start an exchange or a return. Once you start the process we will manually approve the request, and then a shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Slap that label on the package and send us back the products. Once we receive them, we will send you an email confirmation.

 

  • What is your exchange and return policy for the US?
    • We accept exchanges and returns on all unworn, unwashed and undamaged products with tags attached within 30 days of receiving product for all customers in the US. Exchanges and returns for store credit will receive a prepaid shipping label. Returns for refunds have to pay for return shipping. We do not refund initial shipping costs.

  • Ok now what about international return policy?
    • We unfortunately cannot support exchanges for our international Dandies at this time, but we do accept returns for refund or store credit. Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How long does it take to ship to Australia?
    • Between 7-14 days. We bulk ship our international orders to our international shipping service here in the U.S., where those orders will be scanned in and updated once they arrive at their warehouse. From there they are shipped to our international Dandies. Sometimes it takes a few extra days for your tracking information to update. 
  • When will ______ be back in stock?
    • We can't wait to get you that style that's currently out of stock, you're going to look great in it. If you email customer support at orders@dandydelmar.com, you can get an accurate timeline for a restock. We make everything in small batches and sell out frequently, but we can always let you know if and when it will come back.

 

  • How can I get notice know when something comes back in stock?
    • On each product page there is a space to enter your email for a restock notice. If you don't see it, delete your internet cookies and refresh the webpage. An automatic email will go out the second we receive product. Don't forget to select the size you would like receive a notification for.

 

  • How do I live a life of leisure?
    • Amazing question. Leisure exists far and wide but usually it's in the sun by a refreshing body of water with your favorite cold beverage.

 

  • I live near you, can I return my stuff in person?
    • No. Due to ongoing concerns with Covid-19, we do not allow in person exchanges and returns. Thanks for understanding!

  • Any great cocktail recipes?
    • Great question, please enjoy our house cocktail, The Dandy.
      • 1/2 cup ice
      • 3oz Tequila Reposado
      • 2oz Coconut milk
      • 1 oz Lime juice
      • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
      • 1/4 Jalapeño
      • Tajín to rim the glass
    • Instructions: Muddle the jalapeño in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients except the tajín. Add ice and shake. Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip onto a plate with tajín. Add ice to your glass and pour in the cocktail. Garnish with lime and enjoy.
